Charice and Iyaz perform their hit Pyramid on the Oprah Show.

That girl has one insane voice. LOVE IT!

On the release day of Charice self-titled debut album which is May 11th, the young singer will perform on The Oprah Winfrey Show (her 4th visit to the Oprah stage) during the day and is scheduled to perform on QVC later that evening at 8 pm (EST) for QSessions Live.

Therefore, Charice’s first single”Pyramid” featuring Iyaz is the No. 1 song this week on the Billboard Dance Charts, and her single is currently being played on over 100 radio stations across the U.S.

“I feel very blessed to have people like David Foster, Oprah Winfrey, my Reprise family and the QVC people believe in me…I know the week of May 10th will be a week I will remember for the rest of my life,” said Charice.

17-year-old Charice is burning up the charts with her single “Pyramid,” featuring chart-topping R&B singer Iyaz. The music video for “Pyramid” recently premiered on Oprah.com, and now Charice is giving fans a backstage pass to the “Pyramid” video shoot in a new behind-the-scenes video, featuring commentary from Iyaz and director Scott Speer. A Star Is Born…

Charice is only 17 years old and was discovered via YouTube in 2007. Since then her life has changed majorly: She has already performed on Oprah and with legends such as Celine Dion. And now it’s about time to release her self-titled debut album which will be in stores May 11, 2011. Her first single “Pyramid” features labelmate Iyaz (who recently spent four weeks at #1 with his smash hit, “Replay”) and is already making waves on Top 40 radio.
